About J&DHomes

With over 15 years of experience building in Colorado, JD Homes has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and lasting relationships. Founded by Moe Kargarzadeh, a hands-on builder with a deep passion for construction, JD Homes is committed to delivering thoughtfully built homes that stand the test of time.

Moe’s journey began at a young age in Iran, where he worked alongside his father learning the foundations of homebuilding and craftsmanship. In 1996, Moe and his wife, Fariba, moved to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities and a better future.

After relocating to Colorado in 2002, Moe built a successful dry cleaning business while actively investing in real estate and continuing to grow his passion for development and construction. In 2010, he sold his business, obtained his General Contractor license, and founded JD Homes.

Today, JD Homes is led by Moe and his son, Dylan Kargarzadeh, who work closely together to continue growing the company. Dylan attended Regis Jesuit High School and later graduated from University of Colorado Boulder. In 2024, Dylan obtained his real estate license and became actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, scheduling, acquisitions, and sales.

Together, Moe and Dylan oversee every stage of development, combining experience with a modern approach to construction and real estate. Fariba also plays an important role in the company, assisting with design selections, interior finishes, and sales.

How We Build Your Home

Building a custom home is a big undertaking, and we know it can feel like a lot to manage. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We handle the process from start to finish, including planning, design, coordination, and construction. By keeping everything organized and managed closely, we help save our clients time, reduce stress, and keep the project moving efficiently.

What to Expect

We start by having you fill out a quick questionnaire so we can understand your goals, style preferences, and what you’re looking to build. From there, we schedule a time to meet and go over your vision in more detail. We’ll discuss layout, design, functionality, and overall direction to make sure everything aligns with what you want. Once we have a clear understanding, we move into design and planning. After plans are finalized and approved, we begin construction, coordinate the full team, and handle all permits and scheduling. From start to finish, the full process typically takes around 18 months. In the end, you’re not just getting a house, you’re getting a home built around your vision.
